Return and Refund Policy

Online Consultation Sessions:
- We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to reschedule or cancel your online consultation session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Refunds for online consultation sessions are not provided once the session has taken place.
Hypnosis Voices Files:
- Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hypnosis voice files once they have been downloaded or streamed.
- By starting the download or streaming process, you expressly consent to and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, including the 14-day cooling-off period provided by European Union law.
- Please make sure to review the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
Workshops:
- If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please provide at least 7 days' notice. A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another workshop date within 6 months of the original workshop date, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards as well as customised or personalised items.
General:
- This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website, regardless of your location.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
